Attend an Upcoming My Spartan Story Faculty/Staff Workshop
We have several upcoming opportunities to learn about My Spartan Story through our faculty and staff workshops. By attending, you will learn about My Spartan Story and the Spartan Experience Record and the process to submit opportunities you advise and/or supervise to be included within the record. All sessions will be hosted via Zoom.
Summer 2021 Dates
June 8, 11:00am – noon
June 16, 2:00 – 3:00pm
June 24, 1:00 – 2:00pm
July 14, 9:00 – 10:00am
July 27, 2:00 – 3:00pm
As we complete the semester, we appreciate Activity Validators verifying the participation and learning of your students specifically for activities that have concluded at the end of Spring term.
Why is completing validation important?
Validating student participation in a My Spartan Story activity allows the position/role the student held to display on their Spartan Experience Record (SER). Until their participation/learning is validated, it does not display on their SER. Once complete, students will be notified about the position added to their record.
We have two options to complete validation:
Option 1: Login to My Spartan Story and Validate Your Students
We welcome you to login to the My Spartan Story platform to validate your students. With student net I.D.s ready, you are set to begin the process.

Option 2: Provide Us with Helpful Information for the My Spartan Story Team to Validate Your Students
Please complete this form and find helpful information as to what should be included in the Excel document to assist us with validating your students’ participation and learning. The My Spartan Story Team will contact you once we have completed the upload.
When should validation be completed by for academic year positions?
We would appreciate if validations for Spring 2021 can be added by June 1, 2021.
